Amanda Kalogrides

Amanda Kalogrides is an accomplished Senior Application Scientist at IFF since February 2021, previously holding the title of Senior Scientist I. At IFF, Amanda led technical product development teams, fostering collaboration with global teams, and successfully developed and transferred manufacturing processes for three commercial enzyme products. Prior experience includes a decade at DuPont, where Amanda advanced through several roles including Senior Research Associate II, focusing on the development of liquid formulations for monoclonal antibodies and enzyme applications in Animal Nutrition. Amanda's career also includes positions at Genencor, where research involved high-throughput protein engineering, and USDA-ARS-NCAUR, where construction of a lipase gene for biodiesel production was undertaken. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Illinois State University.
