Brian-Michael Sardo is an accomplished fragrance industry professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Scent Design Director at International Flavors & Fragrances since November 2017, Brian-Michael has held various leadership roles within the company including Principal and Senior Scent Design Manager. Prior to their tenure at International Flavors & Fragrances, Brian-Michael worked at Fragrance Resources from January 2011 to November 2017, where responsibilities included account management and fragrance evaluation for specialty consumer product brands. Brian-Michael's career began at Firmenich, where a range of positions encompassed fragrance development management and project coordination for major clients like Procter & Gamble. Brian-Michael holds educational qualifications from Mercer County Community College, having studied from 1993 to 1995.
