Chiel Holterman

Chiel Holterman is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in leading strategic projects and category management in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Global Procurement Director for Strategic Projects - Margin Improvement at IFF since January 2019, Chiel previously held roles as Global Procurement Category Director and Global Category Manager for various categories, including Natural Sweeteners, High Intensity Sweeteners, Starches, Oils, and Fats. Prior to joining IFF, Chiel spent over 15 years at The Kraft Heinz Company, where leadership included Global Category Leader positions in Tomatoes, Beans, and Oils, achieving significant savings and fostering supplier relationships. Chiel's career also includes financial analysis roles at Agere Systems and KPMG Audit, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Windesheim.
