Craig Ruecker

Craig Ruecker possesses extensive experience in the food and nutrition industry, currently serving as the Probiotics & Microbiome Business Lead and Custom Solutions Business Lead at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2021. Previously, Craig held the position of Probiotic Global Product Line Manager at DuPont Nutrition & Health from September 2015 to February 2021. Craig's career also includes roles as Director of Product Line Management at Solae, LLC from June 2007 to September 2015 and Biogums Product Manager at CP Kelco from February 1988 to June 2007. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Pomona College.
