Daryl Wirges

Daryl Wirges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in productivity measurement systems and continuous improvement initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Lean Expert at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2021, Daryl leads the implementation and support of productivity measurement systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems globally. Previously, Daryl held positions at DuPont, including Project Team Lead and Program Consultant, overseeing the implementation of productivity systems across multiple projects. Daryl has also served in significant roles at Campbell Soup Company, General Electric, Whirlpool Corporation, Philips Lighting, Kimberly-Clark, and Johnson & Johnson, each focused on lean transformation, project management, and process improvement. Daryl earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
