Irene Valle Castiñeiras

Irene Valle Castiñeiras is a skilled flavorist trainee currently working at IFF since February 2022, where responsibilities include the design, customization, and development of dairy and plant-based prototypes for Spain and Europe, as well as flavor profile selection and technology parameters determination. Previously, Irene served as a Junior Product Developer in R&D at Danone from February 2021 to February 2022, focusing on new product development and coordination of pilot plant trials. Additional experience includes tutoring students with diverse needs, performing internal audits for food safety, and instructing judo for young children. Irene holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from Universitat de Barcelona and completed a business administration program at thePower.
