Lori Santoli

Lori Santoli, CSP, currently serves as Vice President Global EHS at IFF since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lori was the VP EHS+S Value Chain at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from July 2021 to January 2024. Lori's extensive experience at Estée Lauder includes positions as Executive Director of North America Environmental Affairs and Safety, overseeing EAS functions across multiple sites, and Director of EHS for a multi-building campus in Bucks County, PA. Additionally, Lori worked as EHS Manager at Centocor and Johnson & Johnson from 2002 to July 2010, and held a safety role at Estee Lauder from 1996 to 1999. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Dowling College.
