Mayra Souza is an accomplished professional with significant experience in trade and compliance. As the Group Director of Trade at International Flavors & Fragrances, Mayra oversees key trade initiatives. Previously, as the Global Head of Trade at Solvay and the Global Customs & Trade Compliance Manager at Allnex, Mayra has demonstrated expertise in managing complex trade operations. Additionally, Mayra served as the Customs & Trade Manager at Deloitte & Touche, further solidifying a strong background in customs regulations and trade strategy. Mayra is also well-educated, having attended the Harvard Kennedy School and INSEAD.
