Mihir Joshi

Mihir Joshi is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Category Marketing Lead for AMETI at International Flavors & Fragrances, Mihir oversees Bakery Bars and Confectionary categories after previously managing the Beverage Category for Africa, Middle East, Turkey, and the Indian Subcontinent. Additionally, Mihir has held interim leadership positions focusing on customer experience and has prior experience as a Marketing Manager at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences and Tetra Pak, where numerous new products were launched. Early in the career, Mihir gained experience in sales and marketing roles at Agro Tech Foods Limited, GE, and through internships, building a strong foundation in the industry. Mihir holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from the University of Mumbai.
