Richard Cai is a seasoned flavorist with extensive experience in the flavor industry, currently serving as a Senior Flavorist (Regional Savoury) at International Flavors & Fragrances since July 2019. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Takasago International Corporation as a Senior Savoury Flavorist (Regional) and spent over 14 years at Givaudan in various positions, including Senior Savoury Flavorist and Technical Flavorist. Richard's expertise encompasses savory formulation development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and managing flavor projects from creation to production scale-up. Richard's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Flavor & Fragrance from the Shanghai Institute of Technology, completed in 2004.
