Stephen Hart

Stephen Hart is a seasoned flavorist with extensive experience in the flavor industry, currently serving as Principal Flavorist and Global Innovation Program Director at IFF since July 2002, where the focus is on innovative flavor delivery solutions. Previous roles include Honorary Membership Secretary at The British Society of Flavourists and Senior Flavorist positions at Givaudan and Tastemaker, contributing to various categories including dairy and beverages. Stephen began a career in flavor development at PFW Aroma Chemicals B.V., progressing from Trainee Flavorist to a seasoned professional and participating in an international flavorist exchange program. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Warwick.
