Susan Peaco

Susan Peaco is a seasoned professional in the food science and nutraceutical industry, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at IFF since July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Formulation Scientist at Nutramax Laboratories, focusing on product development and process improvement for pet health supplements, and as an Associate Scientist II at Post Foods, where innovation in healthy adult cereals was prioritized. Previous positions have involved quality assurance and research in various companies, including Kellogg Company, Covance Laboratories, Pharmacia, and Regional Medical Laboratories. Susan holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Walla Walla University, along with an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Kellogg Community College.
