Timothy Young

Timothy Young is a seasoned professional in the fields of fragrance and physical chemistry, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. since 1998, specializing in fragrance performance. Previously, Timothy held the position of Research Scientist at Givaudan, focusing on applied research in fragrance deposition in laundry applications, and at FMC Corporation, where expertise in emulsion technology and fat replacement was developed. Timothy's early career included serving as a Wing Weather Officer in the United States Air Force, responsible for forecasting and briefing aircrews. Timothy holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Clarkson University, a certification from Texas A&M University's Basic Meteorology Program, and a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University.
