Irene Jay Liu

Irene Jay Liu is currently serving as the Regional Director, Asia & the Pacific at International Fund for Public Interest Media. Prior to this role, they held positions at Google as Head of APAC at News Lab. They also worked as a Reporter at Thomson Reuters and held various roles at The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, South China Morning Post, WMHT, Times Union, and NPR. Irene Jay Liu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and a Master of Science in Investigative Journalism from Columbia University.
