Lisa Willey-Knierim

Lisa Willey-Knierim serves as the Vice President of the Tabletop Association Board of Directors and holds the position of Chief Development Officer at Creative Tops Inc. since 2020, overseeing the launch of curated products in the US market and managing strategic partnerships. With a diverse career spanning multiple leadership roles, Lisa has been an IHA Board Member and the President of AGL Consulting Services, LLC. Previous positions include Chief Business Development Officer at Eleven 75 Home, President & CEO of Villeroy & Boch Americas, and Vice President at Panasonic North America, where responsibilities encompassed full P&L management and strategic operations. Lisa's extensive experience in the consumer goods sector also includes significant roles at Wilton Industries, Jarden Consumer Solutions, and Black & Decker Housewares.
