Grace Echols Kinser has a diverse range of work experience. Grace started their professional career as a Teaching Assistant at the Center for Early Education in 2010 and held the position until 2013. In 2014, they completed an internship at The A21 Campaign. From there, they worked at Cokesbury Church, where they served as the Interim Director of Outreach from January 2015 to June 2015, and later as the Lead for Global Missions/Social Media from April 2015 to April 2017. In 2017, Grace joined International Justice Mission, initially working as an Executive Assistant to the National Director of Uganda from June 2017 to June 2018. Grace then transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer from July 2018 to September 2019. After that, they became the Global Program Coordinator for Trips to the Field from September 2019 to June 2021. Grace then advanced within the organization to the position of Senior Associate for Strategic Partnerships, which they held from June 2021 to June 2023. Currently, they are working as the Lead for Strategic Partnerships Projects at International Justice Mission, starting in June 2023.
Grace Echols Kinser completed their Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Georgia College & State University from 2009 to 2013.
