Paloma Tarrant currently serves as the Chief People Officer at International Justice Mission since May 2024. Previously, Tarrant held the position of Senior Manager of Global Compensation, HRIS and People Analytics at the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™) from October 2022 to March 2024. Tarrant's experience at International Justice Mission also includes a role as Senior Human Resources Consultant from September 2019 to June 2020. Prior to this, Tarrant was the CEO of Inmobiliaria Maranatha for over 13 years and worked as an Organizational Consultant and Sales Manager at Sutisana. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and HR Manager at GE from January 2003 to March 2006. Tarrant holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
