Christine Steele

Christine Steele, SHRM-CP, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Christine is currently the Director of Human Resources at ANDMORE, where they are responsible for facilitating connections between wholesale buyers and sellers through physical markets, design centers, and digital channels. Prior to this, Christine worked at HMSHost, starting as an Accounting Specialist and later becoming a Payroll Specialist. Christine then served as a Human Resources Generalist and Field Human Resources Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as managing Workers Comp and General Liability claims, conducting panel interviews, and overseeing FMLA and ADA administration. Christine also worked at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as a Personnel Analyst, where they reconciled retirement and health insurance programs. Overall, Christine has a diverse range of experience in HR, accounting, payroll, and benefits administration.

Christine Steele, SHRM-CP, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed in 2005. Christine also holds an Associate of Business degree from the College of Southern Nevada, completed in 2002. Additionally, Christine has obtained various certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2022 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2015. Christine is an active member of associations such as Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
