Jeff Colyer is an accomplished physician and public servant with extensive experience in healthcare and governance. Currently serving as the Chairman of the National Advisory Commission on Rural Health and Social Services, Jeff Colyer also leads Virtus Consultants as CEO since 2004. As a plastic and craniofacial surgeon at Plastic Surgical Arts PA and an associate professor at the Uniformed Services University and the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Jeff Colyer has been involved in complex reconstructive surgery for decades. Additionally, Jeff Colyer has volunteered extensively as a surgeon and project manager for the International Medical Corps in various warzones. As Governor of Kansas from 2007 to 2019, Jeff Colyer successfully initiated significant fiscal reforms and improved state operations.
