David Blache

David Blache serves as a Senior Financial Sector Expert in the Monetary and Capital Markets Department at the International Monetary Fund since April 2019. His extensive experience includes roles such as Deputy Director for Resolution at the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution from March 2015 to April 2019, and various positions at the Banque de France, where responsibilities included Deputy Director of International & Europe and leading the European Policies Division. Additional roles include Head of Unit at the Commission bancaire and Legal Counsel at the European Central Bank. David Blache is also a member of the Scientific Committee for the Banking and Finance Law Review since June 2016. Academic credentials include a degree in Economics & Finance from Sciences Po and a DEA/Masters in Business Law from Université Paris Nanterre.
