Enkhzaya Demid

Enkhzaya Demid is a seasoned economist currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at the International Monetary Fund since 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Economic Consultant at The World Bank from 2022 to 2023 and an instructor at the National University of Mongolia in early 2020. Enkhzaya's extensive career at the Central Bank of Mongolia spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included roles as a Senior Economist and Economist within various departments such as the Institute of Economic Research and Training and the Monetary Policy Department. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on Economics from the University of Chicago, a Master of Arts in Policy Economics from Williams College, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the National University of Mongolia.
