Herve Tourpe

Herve Tourpe has extensive experience at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), holding various leadership roles since 2001, including the current position as Head of Digital Advisory since 2006, where expertise in digital technologies such as Fintech, AI, and Blockchain is provided. Previous roles at the IMF included IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Innovation Chief, and Enterprise Architecture Practice and Innovation Leader, focusing on technology strategy and innovative solutions. In addition, Tourpe led initiatives in internal communication and enterprise innovation. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager and IT Officer at the IMF, as well as IT Officer at the OECD. A graduate from Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique Appliquée de Lorraine, with an engineering degree in IT, and Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1, with a degree in Science.
