Florence Fradin Fuchs is the current Head of Treasury and Accounts Payable at the International Olympic Committee. Florence has over 16 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on treasury management and investments.
Florence started their career in 2004 as an Investment Director and Senior Vice President at Unigestion, where they managed the Fixed Income asset class team and international bond activity. In 2008, they joined Nestlé as their Treasury Manager and was in charge of Nestlé Group Investments. Florence remained with Nestlé for over 11 years before joining the IOC in 2020.
At the IOC, Florence is responsible for managing the treasury function and overseeing accounts payable. Florence is also responsible for developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures, as well as managing cash flow and foreign exchange risk.
Florence Fradin Fuchs attended the London Business School, where they completed a leadership programme. Florence then went on to study for an MBA at Salisbury University, before completing a Master of Science in Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management. Her focus within management was finance and financial management services.
