Thomas J. Plath

Thomas Plath has been with International Paper since January 2003, currently holding the position of SVP HR and Global Citizenship. Prior to this role, Thomas served in various HR leadership positions within the company, including VP HR for Global Businesses and VP HR for Manufacturing, Technology, EHS&S, and Global Supply Chain. Thomas has a strong background in HR management, with experience in overseeing multi-location distribution and packaging businesses. Thomas holds an MBA in Human Resources from Vanderbilt University.
