Radosław Stefański

Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz held roles as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, supporting EU countries in implementing structural reforms. In addition, Tomasz served on the Stakeholder's Council of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski, offering voluntary support for academic and professional development until December 2023. Prior experience includes positions with the European Defence Agency, European External Action Service, and various roles within the European Commission from 2006 to 2013. Tomasz's career began at the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, obtained in 2003.
