Tom Salter

Tom Salter is a seasoned claims professional with extensive experience in municipal claims, risk management, and insurance services. Currently serving as a Senior Municipality Claims professional at International Programs Group since February 2023, Tom has previously held key positions including Senior Claims Examiner and acting Manager of Claims Management Services at the Province of Ontario from April 2018 to February 2023. Prior roles include Adjuster at Maltman Group International, Senior Claims Examiner at Markel International Insurance Company Limited, and Claims Examiner at both the Province of Ontario and Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada, specializing in various liability sectors. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Leeds (2001-2005) and a CRM designation from the University of Toronto (2012).
