Erin McMenamin

Erin McMenamin is a seasoned professional in public affairs and legislative support with extensive experience in managing programs and providing technical assistance to strengthen democratic institutions. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at the International Republican Institute since February 2020, Erin leads initiatives focused on legislative strengthening and facilitates virtual exchanges between Members of Parliament and Congress. Prior experience includes serving in various roles within the U.S. House of Representatives, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring legislative issues, advising congressional leadership, coauthoring significant legislation, and conducting international travel with congressional delegations. Erin holds multiple degrees from Indiana University Bloomington, including a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on public policy analysis and international development, as well as degrees in public and nonprofit management and Near and Middle Eastern studies.
