Rachel Chute

Rachel Chute has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at the International Republican Institute since August 2020. In addition, Rachel is an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University, a role they have held since March 2016.

Before their current positions, Rachel worked as an Independent Consultant from October 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development and Global Strategy at Equal Access from October 2017 to October 2019.

Rachel has also worked as a Director of Business Development at The QED Group from May 2016 to June 2017 and as a Director of Proposal Development at Creative Associates International from July 2014 to May 2016.

Earlier in their career, Rachel held various roles at Management Systems International, including Director of Proposal Management from June 2011 to July 2014, Deputy Director of Business Development from September 2009 to June 2011, and Business Development Associate from November 2007 to September 2009.

Their work experience also includes being an Executive Assistant at Progressive Policy Institute from August 2004 to June 2006 and serving as an Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the Office of Senator Thomas R. Carper from May 2001 to August 2004.

Rachel Chute completed their B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University between 1997 and 2001. Rachel later pursued an M.P.A. in NGO Management from Syracuse University - Maxwell School from 2006 to 2007.
