Anne Otieno currently serves as a Grants Assistant at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities include overseeing grants management processes across multiple field offices in Kenya. Previously, Anne worked as a Project Field Officer with HealthCare For Generations under the Kenya Red Cross Society, implementing HIV prevention and treatment projects. Anne's career includes roles as a Senior Social Worker at FOUNDATION FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, a Program Officer for HIV Testing Services at Healthcare For Generations, and a Social Worker managing cases of gender-based violence for the Centre for Health Solutions - Kenya. Additional experience includes serving as a Field Officer for GiveDirectly and various research assistant positions throughout the early career. Anne holds a degree in Social Work and Community Development from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and has also studied Sociology at the Kenya Institute of Management.
