Brenda Dillon

Brenda Dillon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Director for Grants and Student Loans at Kent State University since May 2017, where leadership of a team of four financial aid counselors is combined with expertise in automation processes for private loans. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Intern at Case Western Reserve University, a Graduate Student Intern at Baldwin Wallace University, and various positions within KeyBank, ranging from Division Manager to Director of Product Management. Brenda holds a Master of Arts in Education (MA Ed) in Leadership in Higher Education from Baldwin Wallace University and a B.A. in English & Communications from Lake Erie College, complemented by additional coursework at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
