Ariana Schrier

Ariana Schrier currently serves as Portfolio Lead for Climate Research & Innovation at the International Rescue Committee, overseeing the strategic vision and execution of climate resilience projects. With a robust background in research and innovation, Ariana has held multiple roles within the organization since December 2019, contributing to various initiatives aimed at enhancing seed systems and disaster risk reduction in humanitarian contexts. Previous experience includes project management for Médecins Sans Frontières, academic support at Columbia University, and leadership roles in the arts sector, marked by a significant increase in operating budget and recognition as a Rising Star in the New York Nonprofit Sector. Ariana holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a BFA from New York University.
