Christina Hourihan

Christina Hourihan is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate at the International Rescue Committee since March 2022. Christina has held various roles in the HR field, including New Hire Associate and Recruiting Associate. As a co-founder of JACOPERA, LLC, Christina played a pivotal role in creating Coloratura: The Opera Dolls, a line of plush musical dolls. Additional experience includes positions as a Recruiting Coordinator at Dandy, Investor Relations Executive Assistant at AEA Investors LP, and Executive Assistant roles at CVC Credit Partners and J.Crew. Christina began the career with roles such as Assessment Simulation Administrator at Educational Testing Service and Music/Ballet teacher at Juliette and Ella's Play Date. Christina holds a Master's degree from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College.
