Collins Owili is a seasoned Emergency Health Coordinator with extensive experience in public health and emergency management spanning over two decades. Currently serving at the International Rescue Committee as an Emergency Health Coordinator since February 2023, Collins has demonstrated exceptional skills in enhancing project transparency and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Collins held various significant roles at the World Health Organization, including Emergency Manager and Field Coordinator during the Ebola Response, where impactful reductions in health threats and improvements in healthcare service delivery were achieved.
