Heba Hasan

Heba Hasan is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Global Internal Communications at the International Rescue Committee since December 2022. Previously, Heba held the position of Director of Marketing & Communications for Grads of Life at Year Up, which focuses on dismantling systemic barriers to employment for diverse talent. Prior experience includes being a Digital Account Director at Fenton, where strategic communications for social change were emphasized, and various roles in account management. Heba began a career in journalism, contributing over 200 articles to notable publications such as Time Magazine and The Atlantic. Heba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Art History from Northwestern University.
