Julio E. Rank Wright

Julio E. Rank Wright is the Acting RVP, Latin America at International Rescue Committee. Julio was previously the Deputy Regional Director for Latin America at the International Rescue Committee from February 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they were an Independent Consultant from June 2019 to February 2021. Julio also served as the Program Manager and Head, Research and Policy Unit at the Social Investment Fund for Local Development from August 2001 to March 2003. From October 2015 to April 2019, they were a Senior Business Strategy Specialist at RTI International.

Julio E. Rank Wright has a Master of Science from Cornell University in Community & Rural Development and a MSc from Oxford Brookes University in Business & Enterprise. Julio also has a BS from Santa Clara University in Economics.
