Kathleen McCarthy has extensive experience in philanthropy and partnership management, currently serving as the Director of Impact Partnerships for International Rescue Committee since January 2013, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of foundation and corporate partners to support emergency response and development programs. Prior roles at IRC include Associate Director and Senior Officer in the Institutional Philanthropy & Partnerships team. Previously, Kathleen was the Executive Director of WomenCorporateDirectors, overseeing organizational operations and membership for a global corporate governance education network. Additional experience includes positions with the Clinton Global Initiative, StoryCorps, the International Center of Photography, City Year, and AmeriCorps*VISTA. Kathleen holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from William & Mary.
