Mariana Gonzalez Parraga

Mariana Gonzalez Parraga is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and management. Currently serving as Deputy Director of HR Operations at the International Rescue Committee since March 2022, Mariana also holds the position of Human Resources Manager at CREATE since April 2021. Mariana's prior roles include Talent Specialist and Associate Treasurer at Bank Leumi USA, as well as positions at Biogen, Lenovo, Edgewell Personal Care, Electrolux, and an internship at Lenovo. Mariana earned a Diplomado en Administración Estrategia de Recursos Humanos from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2018 and a Licenciatura en Psicologia from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in 2015.
