Molly Abbott

Molly Abbott, MSHR, CIR, has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Employee Relations Partner at the International Rescue Committee since February 2012. In this role, Molly collaborates on humanitarian crises, ensuring strategic support for employee relations. Previously, Molly held positions including Deputy Director of Global Recruitment and Global Recruiter at the IRC, where a focus on talent acquisition and strategic recruitment initiatives was prominent. Prior experience includes roles at Management Sciences for Health, encompassing HR Generalist, Staffing Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant, contributing to the recruitment and staffing needs for public health initiatives globally. Molly holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Framingham State University.
