Natasha Karunaratne

Natasha Karunaratne is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, project management, and operations within humanitarian and educational organizations. Currently serving as the Global Strategy & Planning Manager for People & Culture at the International Rescue Committee since September 2021, Natasha manages global initiatives and leads a multi-year change management process. Previous roles at the International Rescue Committee included Department Manager, overseeing a significant budget and project management for global HR initiatives.
