Rukmini Giridharadas

Rukmini Giridharadas is an experienced professional in research and innovation strategy, currently serving as the Director of Research and Innovation Strategy at the International Rescue Committee since February 2020, after holding various leadership roles there including Associate Director and Innovation Strategy Lead. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Partner at Zipline and Founder of Clay, as well as roles at Change.org where Rukmini was Director of Strategy and Senior Strategist. Rukmini's background also includes working as an Intelligence Analyst for the United States Department of Defense, focusing on social technologies in conflict and humanitarian situations, and as a Strategist for Google AdWords, specializing in the Financial Services sector. Rukmini holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Sociology from Brown University, alongside study at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
