Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability And Learning (meal) Advisor at International Rescue Committee

Souleymane Traore is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Advisor currently with the International Rescue Committee since November 2024, where responsibilities include developing and implementing project strategies aligned with IRC and USAID standards. Prior to this role, Souleymane served as a Regional Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist for the International Fertilizer Development Center, focusing on the Integrated Seed Sector Development program in Mali and Niger from February 2021 to October 2024. Previous positions include Monitoring and Evaluation Director at Education Development Center, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Management Systems International, and various roles at International Medical Corps and Terre des hommes foundation, among others. Souleymane holds a Master’s degree in Crisis Management and Humanitarian Actions from Institut International d'Ingénierie de l'Eau et de l'Environnement and has a strong foundation in management and information technology.
