Sylvie Koshkarian

Sylvie Kochkarian is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as the Senior HR Projects’ Lead for International Programs and Human Resources Director at the International Rescue Committee since May 2019. As the Founder of Save a Career, a social enterprise focused on empowering individuals through resources and support for personal development, Sylvie emphasizes holistic growth. Additionally, Sylvie works as an Associate Trainer at REDR UK, developing training materials and delivering courses. Previous roles include Senior HR Coordinator at the Danish Refugee Council and various positions at ACTED, including Country Human Resources Manager. Sylvie has also held multiple English Language Instructor roles at several institutions in Lebanon and holds a Master of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology from Notre Dame University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Lebanese University.
