Torab Khan Ahmadzai

Torab Khan Ahmadzai is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources/Admin Manager at the International Rescue Committee since March 2022, Torab previously held multiple HR roles within the Ministry of Education, including HR Specialist and Senior HR Officer for World Bank and DANIDA Funded Projects, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, conducting recruitment processes, and implementing performance appraisal systems. Torab also contributed to the Ministry of Commerce as an HR Officer, focusing on recruitment and performance management. Torab holds multiple Master of Business Administration degrees from Kardan University in Business Administration and Management as well as Management and Leadership.
