Robin Olson, CPCU, has extensive experience in risk management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member for Our Friends Place since January 2022, Robin contributes to supporting young women in North Texas facing abuse, poverty, and homelessness. As a Senior Research Analyst at the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI) since November 1998, Robin has developed expertise in risk analysis. Additional leadership roles include serving as President of the Dallas Philosopher's Forum and the Dallas Chapter of the Society of CPCU. Robin's early career includes positions at General Accident, Nationwide Insurance, and TIG as an underwriter and portfolio manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Philosophy, both from Southern Methodist University.
