Chris Rayner

Chris Rayner is a seasoned professional in market infrastructure and technology, currently serving as a Senior Associate at the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) since February 2022. Previously, Chris worked at SunGard Securities Finance for nearly 17 years, holding positions as a Consultant and as a Senior Analyst/Developer. In the role of Consultant, Chris focused on product specifications and Global One development, contributing to projects such as GOSOS, GCI, MQ functionality, and the Autoborrow Module. During the earlier tenure at SunGard, Chris was involved in developing and maintaining the core Global One product and creating a Java front-end trading system. Chris holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Sussex.
