Patrícia Alves

Patrícia Alves has extensive experience in the field of software testing and project management, currently serving as the Head of Digital Industries IT Expert Hub Portugal and Manager of the Software Test Center at Siemens since April 2014. In addition to these roles, Patrícia has been an active member of the ISTQB since October 2010, contributing as a Governance Officer, Vice Chair of the Exam Working Group, and member representative. As the founder and representative for ISTQB at PSTQB, Patrícia promotes best practices and education in software testing throughout Portugal. Previous positions include senior consulting roles and project management at companies such as Novabase and Sunrise, with a strong focus on testing processes and team management. Patrícia holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Management from various institutions, further enhancing expertise in management and testing practices.
