Borys Filipov

Borys Filipov is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and solutions architecture, currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Solutions Architecture at International SOS since November 2019. Borys specializes in enhancing interoperability and system efficiency through cloud integration and event-driven architectures, focusing on user and enterprise support via AI-enhanced applications. Prior roles include Solutions Architect/Team Lead at Independence Blue Cross, where Borys ensured compliance with healthcare data policies, and at the University of Pennsylvania, where Borys automated deployment processes and created APIs. Borys has also contributed to McKesson Health Solutions by accelerating delivery and maintaining security and worked as a Technical Lead at Citigroup and a Senior Java Developer at Dell. Borys holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technologies from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
