Graciela Evia's work experience starts from 1994 as a Consultant at KPMG's HR Department, where they worked with private companies and public organizations in various industries. Graciela then moved on to GlaxoSmithKline as a Human Resources Coordinator, leading all HR practices and managing the merge between SmithKlineBeecham and GlaxoWellcome. At Kraft Foods Group, they held the role of Regional HR Manager for Uruguay, Chile, and Paraguay, implementing leadership competency models and strategy. From there, they joined Wyndham Worldwide/RCI, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for RCI Global, supporting the organization in different regions and achieving improvements in productivity, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction metrics. Graciela also led HR strategies in Latin America and received several awards. Graciela then worked at Avis Budget Group as a Regional Human Resources Director, responsible for HR projects and functions in Canada and South America. Before their current role, in 2018, they were the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Aspire Lifestyles, delivering assistance-based loyalty solutions to premium brands. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at International SOS, where they provide health, security risk management, and wellbeing solutions to clients.

Graciela Evia has a degree in Socioanalyst, specializing in Social Psychology. Graciela also holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la República.
