Manish Bhatt

Manish Bhatt has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to data management, analytics, and solutions architecture. Manish started their career as a Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 1995 and worked on Oracle databases for different clients. Manish then joined Hartford Life as a Sr. Systems Analyst before moving on to Fruit of the Loom as a Lead Systems Analyst in 1999. In 2000, they worked as a Sr. BI/Oracle Application Specialist at RGIS Inventory.

In 1997, Manish joined UBICS as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they worked on a Warehouse Management System project. Manish was responsible for customizing the package and interfacing with legacy systems.

From 2001 to 2011, Manish worked at Gallagher Bassett as a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse. Manish provided technical solutions for insurance claim handling and served as the company's Data Warehouse leader for analytical processing.

In 2011, Manish joined Prudential Financial as a Solutions Architect, where they were involved in providing business intelligence and analytic solutions for compliance and business ethics. Manish also strategized HR data solutions and served as a Data/Big Data & Solutions Architect.

In 2018, Manish joined Valley National Bank as a First Vice President, where they were responsible for data engineering and end-to-end data processing for Salesforce.

Since 2018, Manish has been working at International SOS as a Global VP for Product & Engineering for Data Management and Analytics. Manish leads data modernization strategies and advanced technical solution architectures. Manish has also built successful data monetization and customer success programs.

Manish Bhatt has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Excelsior University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science - Honors from the University of Mumbai, obtained from 1991 to 1995. Manish completed their HSC Science education at SIES College from 1989 to 1991. Before that, they completed their SSC education in Computer Science at Cardinal Gracious School from 1979 to 1989. Manish Bhatt also holds certifications as a BI Expert Solution Architect from IBM, obtained in 2013, and as a Project Management Professional from PMI, obtained in 2012.
