Natalia Shebanova

Natalia Shebanova, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Natalia is currently serving as the Regional CHRO, Eastern Europe and Central Asia for International SOS and Aspire Lifestyles. Prior to their current roles, they were the Group Director for Human Resources and Social Policy at Pavlovsk Nerud. Natalia also held various positions at SIG Combibloc, including Regional Director for Human Resources and Organizational Development, Human Resources Director, and Country Human Resources Manager. Additionally, they served as the Head of Corporate Consulting Department at Nordic Training International and as the Human Resources Director and Country Manager at Walters Holding B.V. Natalia has a strong background in human resources and a proven track record of success.

Natalia Shebanova, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, received their Master's Degree in English Philology from Nizhniy Novgorod Linguistic University after N. Dobrolyubov in 1998. Natalia also holds a University Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tula Technical University. In 2009, they obtained an Executive MBA LWB in Business Administration from Gosudarstvenny Universitet Upravleniya (GUU). In 2012, they completed a certificate program in Strategic HR Management at Cornell University, followed by an HR Leadership (HR Directors Certificate) program in 2013. Natalia has additional certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2013 and 2017, and the SHRM-SCP designation from SHRM in 2015. Natalia obtained another Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2020.
